Should I go out and get slutty drunk then? Is that how we celebrate? I'm ready to embrace this new holiday.
The war on drugs has not worked. Perhaps it's time to try something new, and what's another holiday in a season already crammed with occasions for reveling?

When even my sixty-something, proudly square, Republican mother thinks street drugs should be legal, you know the cultural tide is turning. I would love to see the money from the failed war on drugs funnelled into something else. Like maybe health care.
